Event Details:

• Event time: 1:00 – 5:00 PM
• Spaces measure 10 x 10 feet and are non-electric
• This is an outdoor event! Tents highly suggested
• Vendor Fee: $30

Event Rules:

•  Event hours are 1pm until 5pm. Vendor set up starts at 11:30am.

•  Vendor locations will be assigned by DWC. If you have any special requests or requirements, please include that in your application below.

• Due to limited space, no vehicles will be allowed to pull into the “alley” for set up. Direct street access is available for unloading. Vendor parking is diagonally across the street in the empty church parking lot.

• Please provide your own tables and tents.

• The rain date is June 21st. In the event of a cancellation by DWC, your fee will be refunded or credited to another upcoming event.

• No show/no call vendors will not be refunded.

• DWC reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, without refund for non-compliance with these rules.
