Appetizer Course
- Summer Crab Cakes Maryland style crabcake topped with a roasted piquillo pepper aioli, late Summer corn relish and queso fresco.
- Florentine Puffs Puff pastry baked with spinach, leeks, Boursin cheese and herbs. Topped with a Parmesan pepper creme.
Salad Course
- Arugula, shaved fennel, cardamom pickled strawberries, glazed almonds and a red bamboo honey and sherry vinaigrette.
Main Course
- Chicken or Cod Francaise: Dipped in eggs with fresh herbs then sautéed. Topped with a leek cream, roasted tomato medley and a lemon mascarpone drizzle.

- Lemon Ginger: Lemon infused cupcake with lemon curd filled center, topped with a ginger cream cheese buttercream frosting and decorated with crystallized ginger.
- Lychee: Lychee infused cupcake baked with bits of lychee fruit tipped with lychee buttercream frosting and decorated with our signature kawaii lychee fondant disc.
- Strawberry Thai Basil: Strawberries baked into Thai basil infused cupcake with a strawberry and Thai basil ermine buttercream.
